Hopefully the next book will give us enough to figure out Skybreakers (and with both Division from Skybreakers and Abrasion from Edgedancers, we might also have enough to extrapolate Dustbringers (though Truthwatchers have enough weirdness that neither Edgedancers or Lightweavers share that I'm not 100% on that being enough.) rather than seconds.Įdgedancer is in the works, beyond that, the only Order that we demonstrably have enough info on is the Lightweaver with a soft maybe on Elsecaller (since Transportation is a pretty easy pull for D&D), and they are both just Wizards, the former an Illusionist, the latter a Transmuter (a level in fighter being enough for any blade training they have). In practise, it would just require tracking turns remaining the same way you would with any 1 minute effect like Haste, etc. The tracking of Stormlight was purposeful to give the option to burn through the ki point in less than a combat if you use abilities every turn, especially once you can use multiple abilities per turn. Did that bit get lost in the mechanic dump paragraph, or does it need rewording to make it crystal clear that all forms count as Monk weapons? I have a bit saying that it counts as a monk weapon (mostly to give Dex to attacks since the shape isn't hugely relevant to damage since the base damage of the weapon is on par with the best mundane weapons, and using a better damage type). The shardblade bit might be better with more paragraphs.
